Welcome to the Himalayan River Fest 2012
The Himalayan River Fest is a new competition to hit Nepal showcasing some of the best whitewater the world has to offer and getting paddlers from all over the world together. Over three days there will be freestyle, downriver, slalom and fun races with the main aim of of the event to raise money to use for training new Nepali river guides (and to have one great big party!). If you are in Nepal in November come and join us for the festival or come along on one of our river trips.
Nepal Kayak Club
The Nepal Kayak Club is a non-profit organization who organizes training and educational meetings for paddlers in Nepal. The club aims to help young Nepali kayakers hone their natural talent and progress into world-class kayakers, certified instructors and guides. International in nature, the Club draws from the global kayaking community to come to Nepal and share their skills and experience!
